We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on orders over £150.00.


We deliver worldwide, and UK (including Northern Ireland). Prices for other destinations are calculated when you place your order - these charges will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm payment.


Deliveries are made nationwide by specially selected courier services or the Royal Mail. If the services you have chosen require a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery if there is no answer. Your parcel can also be sent to your work address, or alternatively left with a neighbour - please indicate in the customer notes section. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland are sent by some couriers may unfortunately count this as an international destination.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 working days
1st Class Recorded: Delivery within 1-2 working days


All international parcels are dispatched by specially selected couriers or Royal Mail International Signed For and delivered by your local postal service. This service requires a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered. Your parcel can be sent to your work address if this is more convenient. (In the case of very high value international orders, it is not possible to send using Royal Mail International Signed For due to weight restrictions, in which case we will contact you after the order has been placed). Please be aware that occasionally we may need to charge more for heavy items travelling long distance as they are too heavy to be sent by post. We will contact you after you have made your purchase if this is the case.

International Tracked & Signed: Delivery within 5-10 working days

*A parcel forwarding service may be used meaning your parcel will first be delivered to a hub based in the UK and then dispatched to your delivery address. This may incur additional delivery times of up to 5 working days. Please note that you may receive an email with a UK delivery address which will be the address of our UK hub.

Returns Policy

Bespoke items

Refunds and returns are not accepted. Made to order/bespoke products are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they have been made to specific customer requirements. Additional charges will incur for amendments to bespoke orders after the items have been made.

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from N'Damus, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to us at

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt and supply a copy of receipt of purchase. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Delivery charges are non refundable.

Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Purchasing *faulty items such as in our sample sale categories:

*Some items may exhibit faults. As a result refunds are not permitted as the following conditions apply under UK law:

  • Knowledge of an item being faulty when purchased.
  • Damage to an item if you attempt repair yourself or get someone else to do this.
  • You no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour).

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: when trying on items, please ensure that you are not wearing oil based products, perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Avoid scratching your items by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
